Hello, I hope this finds you well! Thank you for taking some time out of your day, to stop by. If this is your first time here and if you're not already aware of my story, here is a little about me. I started my Cosmetology career in 2003 at the International Academy of Style, located in Reno, NV. I apprenticed for a year following, in a bustling MedSpa & Salon, where I was able to gain valuable skills behind the chair. Prior to my time at IAS, I studied Performing Arts at The University of Nevada, Reno. I saw a path that would enable me to incorporate the tools I learned on and back stage, with the craft of the beauty industry, so I went for it. I became an Educator with Iconic Barber Team in 2012, where we held educational hands on and lecture classes. We attended hair shows such as ISSE in Long Beach and IBS in Las Vegas. The two largest shows on the west coast. Today, I own a sustainable, eco-friendly and health conscious Salon & Day Spa, where I’m dually licensed as a Cosmetologist, Advanced Esthetician, Paramedical Tattoo artist & Certified Laser Technician. With my cancer diagnosis in 2014, my views on life have changed dramatically. I now know better, therefore I do better. As a result, I have made sweeping changes in what I consume in my life and how. These shifts and nuances forged the concept of Studio Eleven 11, how I treat myself, how I raise my twin boys and in how I do business as a Holistic Cosmetologist, Advanced Aesthetician and Paramedical Tattoo Artist. I am diligent and determined to provide an environmentally conscious and low toxin experience for myself, and my guests. I am passionate in my desire to uplift and empower others during quiet moments in a Neveskin facial, an exciting stretch mark/scar revision session or an upbeat setting while receiving a color or cut.
